Performance Scorecard

Our subcustodians are scored against all sections of our agreed service level standards (SLS), including the standard and frequency of market information we receive from them, on a quarterly basis

This allows network management to evaluate the performance of our subcustodians against the agreed SLS and in comparison with the rest of the subcustodian network. This process forms a major part of our CRA procedures. Performance results are provided to our subcustodians with an indication of where they fall below or exceed requirements.

We conduct a service review with any subcustodian that does not meet our expected service level, to provide relevant feedback and put a plan in place to ensure that these areas are improved prior to the next quarter's performance review.
